I have listed a new property at 11 Fulmar Street in Kitimat. See details here
This is one of those places your happy to call home! The moment you pull up you can see the updates that make it feel warm and welcoming, new vinyl siding, a roof in 2014, all vinyl windows. Inside you step through the mud room ideal for our winters, into the renovated kitchen that is bright, spacious, and a place that is inviting. Through the kitchen is the living room, cozy, quiet, everything your looking for when relaxing. The bathroom on the main level is updated, with classic subway tile. The addition off the back offers a separate laundry and one of my favourite features a covered patio ready for any type of weather. This home is one your going to need to see. Tons of updates through out.
